Free Shipping:

We offers free shipping on all domestic orders placed on our website, with no minimum order sizes or special exceptions.

  1. Our online store understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from our website, you can expect to receive your order within 5-7 business days. (Delivery only occurs on regular business days and does not include holidays of our delivery carrier)
  2. Please be available or have a responsible person available to sign and accept your order during business hours.

Tracking Your Shipment

Once your product(s) has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email as well as a shipment tracking number for your order.

After receipt of the tracking number, you can use it to track the products we shipped (Please note that your item must ship before you can track it. Your package may not be visible within the shipper's tracking system until several hours after the product leaves our warehouse.)

Exchanges/Returns

To process an exchange, please contact our Customer Service by email us sales@ghdsaustraliashop.com within 7 days
The returned goods must include all original packaging, collateral and parts, and must be in new condition. Once we receive your original device, we will process and ship your new replacement device to you.

Returns
Our strore have a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy. Our policy is a full refund within 7 days if the product is accompanied by a receipt and is in original condition (unused). We sincerely hope you find what you need at our website and are satisfied with our product. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are more than happy to accommodate returns by mail, handled this refund within 24 hours.

Please indicate your reason for return (wrong size, wrong color, damaged, etc.). Please remember to include your address.

We can receive the returns under the situation of the goods had damaged before we shipped to you. The returned goods must include all original packaging, collateral and parts and must be in new condition. Once we receive your original device, we will process your refund.

Return Processing Time and Notification
We will process your return or exchange within 24 hours. You will receive an email notification of any returned credit. If you have requested an exchange, a new shipment confirmation will be sent to you and you will receive email notification of shipping information. If there are any issues or problems with your return/exchange, Our Customer Service will notify you via email.


Wrong Item or Quantity Shipped
If we make an error with your order, please notify us right away (within 7 days of receiving your shipment). We will remedy the mistake with the correct product. In the rare circumstance where the product is no longer available, we will help you select an alternative or credit your account.


Damaged in Shipping
If your shipment was damaged in transit, we will gladly send you a replacement. In the unlikely event that an exact replacement is unavailable, we will offer an alternative product with similar features.
